Terms & Conditions (Retail)

Orders: Minimum order values only apply for free delivery. Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once paid and confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled without our agreement.

Prices & Payment: All prices are inclusive of VAT. Payment terms are on confirmation of order, and always in advance of shipment.

Delivery: Delivery times are estimates. We’re not liable for delays beyond our control. Goods become your responsibility upon delivery. Deliveries are undertaken by Royal Mail on “Tracked 48” service, once dispatched you can check your shipment via the Royal Mail website. Royal Mail aim for delivery within 48 working day hours but it is not a guaranteed service.

Returns & Damages: Report damages or shortages within 48 hours of delivery. Returns are only accepted with our prior approval and for unopened products, any item that is open is impossible to return. Please ensure you message us before any return is made, email us at info@liftoflife.co.uk

Any damaged goods on arrival will be either refunded or replaced, at your request. We will require photographic evidence of any such damage, if the outer packaging is also damaged please ensure to take appropriate photos.

Product Use: Products must be stored and sold according to our guidelines.

Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Private Policy

We respect your privacy and comply with UK data protection laws (UK GDPR and DPA 2018).

What We Collect
We collect business contact details (name, email, phone, address) and order/payment information. We don’t collect sensitive personal data.

How We Use It

We don’t sell your data. We only share it with trusted service providers (e.g. couriers, payment processors) as needed to run our business.
